Nikhat's Food Truck

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she went on to gain global business perspectives in the United States. Upon returning, she launched Nikhat's Food Truck, West Bengal's very first privately owned licensed food truck, establishing a unique benchmark in the region's culinary landscape.

Pandemic Growth

Coding Instructor & Mentor

When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted industries globally, Nikhat pivoted into the education sector. She became a Coding Instructor and Mentor at WhiteHat Jr., supporting young learners to develop critical, future-ready logical and tech skills, rekindling her passion for student development.

Believing that every stage of life offers a new opportunity to grow, she founded 2nd Inning—a platform dedicated to creating meaningful solutions. From this emerged 2i Educare. Initially a study-abroad consultancy, it has evolved into a full-scale ecosystem providing admissions, coaching, and career advancement guidance.
